2012 Wedding Package Pricing

All packages include the following:

*Prints!  Yes in this digital world some photographers still want you to get some paper*

*Creative editing and processing!  All final images are individually hand adjusted to print-ready quality.  Many images will receive a variety of creative and unique processing techniques as shown in my portfolio*

*DVD of images files!  I give you both full-res for printing, and a reduced size image for use in emails, myspace, facebook, etc.  Includes license to reprint*

*Engagement/Pre-wedding session!  (Except with the Basic Package) Months or weeks before the wedding we get together and do a session at a mutually agreeable location of your choosing*

*Me!  Before, after and during your special day I will be there to answer your questions and photograph your event*

Basic Package… $1900

*Package includes 6 continuous hours of photography starting an hour before the service with the Bride and her attendees for pre ceremony shots*

*Photography throughout the ceremony*

*Formal/informal and creative portraits of the Bride and Groom, family and wedding party at the Bride’s choice of locations*

*Photography at the reception for the balance of the unused time*

*Up to 1 hour travel time in each direction*

*Additional time is $150.00 per hour*

*Photographs are processed and edited in Photoshop, and the final photographs are available to the couple in about 2-3 weeks*

*Package includes a private on-line gallery for proofing and sharing the story of your special day, a DVD/CD of all final images, and a $50 print voucher for purchasing prints through the gallery*

Standard Package… $2550

*Package includes a free 2 hr engagement session*

*Unlimited photography on your wedding day starting an hour before the cerimony as the bride and groom prepare*

*Photography throughout the ceremony*

*Formal/informal and creative portraits of the Bride and Groom, family and wedding party at the Bride’s choice of location*

*Photography at the reception as late as 11pm, or until all the reception events such as bouquet toss, first dance and cutting of the cake are completed *

*Up to 1 hour travel time in each direction*

*Photographs are processed and edited in Photoshop, and the final photographs are available to the couple in about 2-3 weeks*

*Package includes a private on-line gallery for proofing and sharing the story of your special day, a DVD/CD of all final images, and a $100 print voucher for purchasing prints through the gallery*

Standard x2 Package…  $3550

Same as above except there will be a 2^nd primary photographer shooting along with me.  Having a 2^nd photographer allows the both of us to be more creative and will increase the amount of special moments we are able to capture.  The second photographer will typically arrive an hour before the ceremony and will stay through part of the reception.  This is particularly beneficial when doing an album.  Photographs from this package are typically available in about 3-4 weeks. It is important to note that I do not use understudy's as 2nd photographers. Both of my preferred shooters have as much or more experience than me.

Elite Package… $2900

Full Day shooting as described in the Standard Package with my most popular options included.  In addition to everything from the Standard Package, this package includes the following add-ons:

Elite x2 Package… $3900

Options

Morning at the Salon… starting at $300

The early morning ritual of being pampered at the Salon.  There are always special moments during this time and for Brides who dream of having their whole day photographed, this is a must have option.  I’ll start as early as 8am.

Discreet Proposal Photography… starting at $350

Grooms!  If you know where and when you will pop the question, then I can be there to capture the magic!  We can even work together to create a storybook start to your new life together.  I can also do a reenactment if preferred. Package includes a private on-line gallery for proofing and sharing, a DVD/CD of all final images, and a $25 print voucher for purchasing prints through the gallery.

Engagement Sessions… starting at $350

Photographs for you to use in the announcement of your wedding, for display at your reception, or in one of my fabulous Guest Books!  Included in Standard or greater wedding packages.  Package includes a private on-line gallery for proofing and sharing, a DVD/CD of all final images, and a $25 print voucher for purchasing prints through the gallery.   Click here for examples!

Guest Books… $350

All Guest Books are custom designed from your Engagement Session photos and no 2 books are the same!  I do not use templates… these are all designed from scratch using only my creativity and inspiration from your engagement images as my guide.  Photo pages are a mix of montages and full page images with every other page blank for your guests to sign at the reception.  My guest books are printed as 40 page, top quality bound 10x8 coffee table books with photo printed hard covers.    Allow 6-8 weeks for design and delivery.  Click here for an example!

Proof Albums… $250

These are simplified albums that have a custom designed, photo printed hard cover and the best 400 shots from the day in a beautifully bound coffee table style book.  Photos are centered on a white background and are uncropped with a single photo per page.  I use my final edited photos so these aren’t really proofs in the traditional sense, but I don’t do any further processing on the images like I do when designing a custom album.  This is why a 400 page album can be so inexpensive!  The standard is a 7x7 album and a 12x12 album is an additional $150 upgrade.

Wedding Albums… starting at $550

These albums are custom created with a series of photo montages and full page images.  My basic albums are printed as top quality, bound, 30 page, 13x11 coffee table books with photo printed hard covers.  There are options for leather bound “Flush Mount” books, and parent books are also available. Price will depend on the number of pages, number of copies ordered and the style of printing.  Allow an additional 2-3 months for design and delivery.

DVD Slideshow… $150

Your choice of photographs from your wedding set to music.  Includes 3 copies of the DVD and additional copies can be burned by you, or are available for a reasonable cost from me.  DVD’s are playable in your DVD player or on your computer (with appropriate software).

I can also produce a slideshow of your engagement photos, or your personal photographs (up to 100) from prior to the wedding day, for display at the reception. (On-site display equipment and photograph scanning is extra).

Trash the Dress… starting at $350

A new trend in wedding photography is “trash the dress”.  Usually done days or weeks after the wedding, the couple re-dresses in their wedding attire, and goes to locations such as a beach or other special place to pose for pictures without worrying about getting the dress dirty.  Laying in the sand, wading in a lake or river, running along the beach, splashing in a fountain, etc.  This is an opportunity to get some very edgy and creative photographs.  This is an especially nice addition to an artistic wedding album.  Package includes a private on-line gallery for proofing and sharing, a DVD/CD of all final images, and a $25 print voucher for purchasing prints through the gallery. 

Reception Portrait Booth… starting at $400

We set up a portable studio with a background for your guests to pose and fool around!  We will display the images on site so everyone can get a laugh.  This will be manned by a separate photographer and the images will be added to your online gallery page!

 Travel Fees and Destination Weddings

I want to shoot your wedding wherever it is!  Currently I offer no-charge upgrade for destination weddings in the Orlando, FL area.  I have family there and it is a good excuse for me to visit!  Any other location further than 2 hrs from Milwaukee will usually only require reasonable reimbursement for travel, accommodation expenses and a small fee for multi day visits.  Fees for local travel over the amount listed in the package will be billed as $50 per hour for me, and an additional $50 per each hour over 1 hour for a second shooter.
